  • • Low (<5%): Lifestyle modifications
  • • Intermediate (5-10%): Consider statin therapy
  • • High (>10%): Statin therapy recommended

CHA2DS2-VASc Scoring

  • • CHF: 1 point
  • • Hypertension: 1 point
  • • Age ≥75: 2 points
  • • Diabetes: 1 point
  • • Stroke/TIA: 2 points
  • • Vascular disease: 1 point
  • • Age 65-74: 1 point
  • • Female gender: 1 point

ECG Normal Values

Normal Intervals

  • • PR Interval: 120-200 ms
  • • QRS Width: <120 ms
  • • QT Interval: Variable (see QTc)
  • • QTc: <440 ms (male), <460 ms (female)

Heart Rate Categories

  • • Bradycardia: <60 bpm
  • • Normal: 60-100 bpm
  • • Tachycardia: >100 bpm
